Hey howdy hey! I hope you brought your appetite to read this blog post! Today I’m sharing the very best snacks at EPCOT; particularly, the best snack in each land! This is the second installment of Best Snacks at Walt Disney World. If you didn’t catch my last post of the Very Best Snacks at Animal Kingdom, check it out here!

I’m a hugeeee Disney foodie. In fact, I think eating might be my favorite activity in Disney World! So, if you’re looking for some fantastic snacks for your next Walt Disney World vacation, you’ve come to the right place!

I started writing this post and realized I have a LOT of favorite snacks at EPCOT. Let’s just say the blog post was getting very lengthy. So, to spare your eyes, I’m splitting this into two parts! Today, we’re chatting about the best snacks in “Future World” or the front of the park. Then, next week, we’ll get into my favorite snacks at EPCOT World Showcase! Let’s get to it!

World Celebration

World Celebration is the first land you’ll pass through at EPCOT. It begins at the entrance to the park and follows through the center of the park until the World Showcase begins. Currently, there are two attractions in World Celebration, Spaceship Earth and Journey into Imagination with Figment! Soon, Journey of Water, inspired by Moana will join this lineup of attractions, which is pretty exciting too!

In terms of food and beverage options, there are three food and beverage locations in World Celebration. The largest of the three is Connections Eatery, which is a quick service location that serves a variety of entrees. Next to Connections Eatery is Connections Café which is the Starbucks location at EPCOT. Lastly, and making the list for best EPCOT snack at World Celebration is Club Cool!

Club Cool

Ahhhh, Club Cool. This glorious, sticky-floored location has such a special place in my heart, as I have fond memories sipping my favorite Coca-Cola® flavors from around the world as a tiny tot. It was recently renovated, so it looks a bit different from my childhood, but it’s still such a classic and a can’t-miss location at EPCOT!

Now, if you’ve never been here before, let me explain Club Cool to ya! Club Cool is part Coca-Cola® merchandise location, part Coca-Cola® beverage paradise! They offer some delicious slushies and other specialty beverages for purchase, but the absolute best part of Club Cool is absolutely free! Yes, you heard me right, FREE!

When you walk into Club Cool, you’ll find a handful of soda fountain machines along the right-hand wall. That is where you’ll want to go to find the very best Coca-Cola® soft drinks from around the world! Grab a shot glass and spend some time with your family sampling all the unique, best Coca-Cola® soft drink flavors from countries around the world.

My personal favorite is cucumber sprite from Russia. It’s so bubbly and refreshing on a hot summer day. Other personal favorites include the sodas from the Philippines and Madagascar. And I just truly cannot get over that you can sample all you want for as long as you want without ever having to drop a dime! If you want to try the most famous beverage, don’t miss the Beverly from Italy. But don’t say I didn’t warn you that it might be a trick!

World Nature

I love World Nature! There, I said it! It houses some of my favorite attractions, like Soarin’ Around the World, Living with the Land, and The Seas with Nemo & Friends. World Nature also has some amazing food and beverage locations like Garden Grill character dining (such a cute and delicious restaurant!) and Sunshine Seasons. It took me no time at all to decide on my favorite EPCOT snack of World Nature as the Strawberry Shortcake is by far the best!

Strawberry Shortcake

If you have a strawberry lover in your family, you must try the Strawberry Shortcake during your Disney World vacation! It’s pretty famous among snacks at EPCOT, and it’s not hard to tell why! First, it’s a great portion size for the price, making it a great shareable snack. Second, it’s such a pretty dessert with beautiful layers of cake, cream, and tons of bright red strawberries.

Unlike many desserts at Disney, the strawberry shortcake is a very light dessert too, so you won’t have to worry about it being too sickly sweet. With desserts like these, I often worry it’ll be way too much cake and not enough fresh fruit, but I never have to worry about that with this dessert! There is a perfect balance of ingredients, so every bite is a perfect one. It’s just such a classic, delicious, can’t-go-wrong strawberry shortcake. You won’t want to miss this EPCOT snack!

World Discovery

Next up for the best snacks at EPCOT is World Discovery! This location is to the left of World Celebration if you look at a park map. Here, you can find some of EPCOT’s biggest thrills, including Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Mission: SPACE, and Test Track! While this land abounds in popular attractions, it unfortunately lacks snacks!

You can find classic treats sold at all four parks such as Mickey pretzels, Mickey premium bars, and popcorn, but these aren’t quite as unique as they’re at all four parks. However, there is one more snack location, Refreshment Station across from Test Track!

Frozen Coca-Cola® topped with Assorted Candies

Don’t get me wrong, I truly love this EPCOT snack, but I’ll be honest, it’s not quite as unique as Club Cool! Refreshment Station offers a variety of frozen slushy flavors, and what makes it FUN is the toppings! My favorite combination is the Frozen Coca-Cola® topped with Assorted Candies. Typically, the candies are of the gummy or sour variety which is my favorite kind of candy to have and pair so nicely with the frozen coke. Plus, frozen treats are such an easy way to cool off on those hot summer days we’re experiencing!

  1. That Strawberry Shortcake is to die for. I will be getting that the next time I go to Epcot. What a fun place to visit with kids…or without! I really enjoyed it when I went years ago. I do remember the snacks being very expensive! We always got one thing a day though.

    1. It really is! I love visiting EPCOT too! And yes, the snacks are definitely pricey, so you have to pace yourself! But they’re delicious too!

  2. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t in most activities for the snacks and you won me over on Epcot with the strawberry shortcake 🙂
